Can I mail or fax in a order?
No. Unfortunatly, I only accept orders online.
How long before my order is shipped?
In most cases the items are packed and shipped out to you within 36 hours of us recieving your order. Orders will generally be shipped within one business day, unless for some reason an item is unavailable. You will recieve an email with a tracking number provided by usps.com.
How long before I recieve my order?
I will email you a tracking number provided by usps.com after your package has been shipped. In most cases, orders shipped within the US will recieve your package within 10 business days. International Shippments may take up to 21 days because of customs.
Do you have a catalog?
No. Because of the constant change of inventory we are unable to have a catalog. Keep Checking www.bellachi.net for new arrivals.
Do you have a return policy?
Yes. within 21 days of purchase. Unworn merchandise with tickets intact will be accepted for a full refund or exchange,when accompanied by a receipt or invoice. WORN ACCESSORIES ARE NON RETURNABLE! Please email me and let me know why you are deciding to returm and I will send you the information. Customer must pay for the expense of the return to us, and your original shipping charges are NOT refundable. There are no shipping charges on exchanges. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your credit card to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. ALL SALES FINAL ON SALE ITEMS.
Will I be charged tax?
Only Louisiana residents will be charged a sales tax of 8.75%.
What is the difference between a billing address and a shipping address?
Your shipping address is where you would like us to deliver your order. The billing address is the same address as that of the credit card's billing information. The billing information you provide must be the same information that your credit card provider has on file.If your billing address doesn't match what the bank has on file, your order will not be accepted.
